Before contacting support

Checking a few details first can resolve many issues quickly. Review your plan status in Billing, confirm the page where the issue occurred, and note the time or steps that led to the problem. If you are reporting a billing issue, include the last four digits of the payment method shown in your billing portal. If you are reporting a product bug, include screenshots or the feature name so the team can reproduce the issue faster.

We typically respond within one business day. For security concerns, include “Security” in the subject and add reproduction steps or screenshots when possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

From the Dashboard, select Connect Bank Account and follow the secure prompt. We use bank-level encryption and do not store your login credentials. You can disconnect or reconnect accounts anytime from Accounts.

Ads are on by default in low-clutter areas

We only place ads on public pages with extra whitespace and we never sell your financial account data. You can turn ads off at any time.
